If you're interested in what I'm actually doing at work. A fews days a week, I wake up at 5 a.m. (awah !) to join my collegue Mark to go in the field. Why so early ? Because we have to be on the site before the farmers begin to irrigate. There, we take water samples at different locations. We also record some variables as depth temperature, pH, electric conductivity.Later, when the watering is finished, we make a second round of sampling, at the same locations. We want to try to see the impact of irrigation on the water quality.
Then, we come back to the insitute to analyse our samples : chemicaly and microbiologicaly.
